This Refund Policy explains how refunds work for purchases made on Viralance ("we", "us", "our"), operated by GSAM Solution LLC. By purchasing credits on Viralance, you agree to this policy together with our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller and Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments. Dodo Payments handles all payment transactions, billing inquiries, and refund processing on our behalf. Receipts and invoices for your purchase are issued by Dodo Payments.

2. What You Are Buying

Viralance sells credits — a prepaid digital balance used to generate AI videos and use related features on the platform. Credits are a digital product delivered instantly to your account upon successful payment. Pricing is shown on our Credits page before purchase. All purchases are one-time payments; we do not offer auto-renewing subscriptions.

3. 14-Day Refund Window

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase, provided that the purchased credits have not been used (i.e., no videos or paid operations have been generated with that credit balance). This reflects standard consumer-protection rights for digital purchases.

  • Unused credits: Eligible for a full refund within the 14-day window.
  • Partially used credits: If some credits from a purchase have been used, we may, at our discretion, issue a partial refund for the unused portion.
  • Fully used credits: Once credits have been used to generate content, that portion is non-refundable, as the digital service has been delivered and consumed.

4. Exceptions and Discretionary Refunds

We want you to be satisfied. Even outside the standard window, we will review refund requests in good faith for cases such as:

  • Duplicate or accidental charges.
  • Technical failures on our side that prevented you from using purchased credits and that we were unable to resolve.
  • Unauthorized transactions (please contact us immediately).

Refunds requested due to a change of mind after credits have been fully used, or requests that show evidence of abuse or fraud, may be declined.

5. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at info@alimertgulec.com with your account email and the order/receipt reference from your Dodo Payments confirmation email. You may also reply directly to the Dodo Payments receipt you received for the purchase. Please include the reason for your request so we can assist you quickly.

6. Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed by Dodo Payments to your original payment method. Once approved, refunds are typically issued within 5–10 business days, though the exact timing depends on your bank or card provider.
