The Fair Credit Promise
Five plain promises about how Viralance charges for AI video. Each one describes how the product works today, checked against our own code on October 28, 2026.

1. No subscription on the web
Every purchase on viralance.com is a one-time payment for a credit pack. Nothing renews, so there is nothing to cancel and no charge after you stop using the product.
The iOS app also offers an optional Viralance Pro subscription. It is billed and cancelled through your Apple ID, and credits it has already added stay on your account after you cancel.
2. Purchased credits never expire
Credits stay on your account until you use them: no monthly reset, no rollover cap, no "use it or lose it". Bonus credits work the same way.
One balance works on the web, in the iOS app, through the REST API and through the MCP server.
3. Failed generations are refunded automatically
If a generation fails, the credits it used go back to your balance without a support ticket, and the refund shows in your credit history. That covers:
- a video the model provider reports as failed or cancelled;
- a job that returns no video, for example when the provider rejects the output under its content policy;
- a video that could not be submitted, or is still not finished after 30 minutes;
- failed image, voiceover, 3D, analysis and film-assembly jobs.
4. You see the price before you generate
The studio shows the exact credit total next to the Generate button, and it changes as you pick a model, length and resolution. Generation charges that same number. There is no "unlimited" plan with hidden limits: every clip has a price.
5. Plain pack prices
6 packs, from $9 for 30 credits to $299 for 1,650. Each card below shows the price per credit and roughly how many videos the pack makes on two models customers use most. Budget models cost less: a 6-second 720p VEO 3.1 Lite clip is 4 credits, so the Mini pack makes 7 of them.

One-time prices in USD. Video counts use today's credit cost per clip; first-purchase and returning-customer bonuses add credits on top.
What this promise does not cover
- Purchases are final, except where the law requires a refund. Credit problems (a wrong deduction, a result that clearly does not match what you asked for) are reviewed by a person and fixed in credits within 24 hours.
- If you delete a video that has already started rendering, its credits are not returned, because the job keeps running at the provider. A video deleted before it started is refunded.
- A video that finished but that you do not like is not refunded automatically. Every clip shows its price first so you can choose a cheaper model to test an idea.
- New accounts get 4 free credits after email verification, no card. Free videos carry a small watermark until your first purchase; any pack removes it from past and future videos.

Frequently asked questions
Is Viralance a subscription?
Not on the web. Viralance sells one-time credit packs from $9 to $299; nothing renews. The iOS app also offers an optional Viralance Pro subscription, billed and cancelled through Apple.
Do Viralance credits expire?
No. Purchased and bonus credits stay on your account until you use them, with no monthly reset or rollover cap. The Terms (section 4.5) do reserve the right to deactivate accounts that have been inactive for more than 24 months.
What happens to my credits if a generation fails?
They are returned to your balance automatically. That applies when the provider reports a failure, returns no video (for example a content-policy rejection), or the job is still unfinished after 30 minutes. The refund appears in your credit history.
Can I be charged after I stop using Viralance?
Not on the web: there is no subscription and no saved plan that renews. If you subscribed to Viralance Pro in the iOS app, Apple bills it until you cancel it in your Apple ID settings, and the credits you already received stay on your account.
How many videos does the $9 pack make?
The Mini pack is 30 credits: about 3 VEO 3.1 Fast (6 s) or 3 Kling 3.0 (5 s) videos, or 7 VEO 3.1 Lite clips (6 s, 720p). The studio shows the exact cost of each clip before you generate.
Can I get my money back?
Credit purchases are final except where the law requires a refund. Credit problems are reviewed by a person and fixed in credits within 24 hours, and duplicate or unauthorized charges are investigated with Dodo Payments, our merchant of record. See the refund policy for details.
Which models can I use with my credits?
All 20+ video models, including VEO 3.1, Kling 3.0, Seedance 2.0 and 2.5, Hailuo 2.3 and Wan 3.0, plus image models, templates and editing tools, all from the same balance.
