Best AI UGC Ad Generators in 2026: Arcads, Creatify, HeyGen, Higgsfield and Viralance Compared

By Viralance Team
·October 26, 2026·11 min·Comparisons
TL;DR: "AI UGC ad generator" covers three different jobs: a talking AI actor reading your script (Arcads, Creatify, HeyGen), a product shown in motion from a photo or link (Creatify, Viralance), and raw clips from frontier video models (Higgsfield, Viralance). Arcads has the largest actor library; Creatify is strongest at URL-to-ad on a subscription; HeyGen is built for longer avatar videos; Higgsfield is a multi-model subscription; Viralance does actor ads, product ads and 20+ models on one-time credits that never expire. Pick by the job, then by how you want to pay.

What "UGC ad generator" means in 2026

User-generated-content ads look like a creator filmed them on a phone: someone talking to camera, a hands-on demo, an unboxing. AI tools produce them in three ways:

  1. AI actors (talking heads). You pick a synthetic presenter, paste a script, choose a voice, and get a lip-synced clip. Good for testimonial-style hooks and explainers.
  2. Product-to-video. You upload a product photo (or paste a product URL) and get the product in motion: a slow orbit, an unboxing, a pour. No presenter.
  3. General video models. You prompt a model such as VEO 3.1, Kling 3.0 or Seedance for a UGC-style scene. Most flexible, but you write the prompt.

Most teams need more than one of these, so the useful question is which tool covers your mix at a price model you can live with.

1. Arcads: the biggest AI actor library

What it does. Arcads is built around talking AI actors: its homepage lists "1,000+" actors, custom actors, cloning yourself into an actor, replacing the actor in an existing video, translation, and other video models such as Seedance 2.5 and Kling (arcads.ai). It also documents an API.

How it charges. Talking actors cost 800 credits per minute, per actor, and "length is always rounded up", so a 1:45 video bills as 2 minutes and a 15-second ad bills as a full minute (Arcads: how credits are counted). Starter and Creator plan credits reset each cycle; Pro, Scale and Business roll unused credits over (Arcads: buying credits). Plan prices are shown in the app rather than on a public pricing page.

Refunds. Cash refunds in listed cases, such as a billing period in which no credits were used (requested within 30 days); failed generations caused by a platform issue may get credits restored (Arcads refund policy).

Best for: performance teams that ship actor ads every month and want the widest choice of faces.

2. Creatify: URL-to-video ads on a subscription

What it does. Creatify turns a product URL into video ads and offers avatar videos, image ads and an API. Starter ($39 a month, 100 credits) includes 300 AI actors; Pro ($99 a month, 300 credits) includes 1,500 actors and 3 custom avatars (creatify.ai/pricing).

How it charges. Video Ad and Avatar Video cost 5 credits per 15 seconds, rounded up (Creatify: credit usage). Credits from each monthly renewal are valid for two months, and cancelling moves you to the free plan (Creatify FAQ). Payments are final and non-refundable (Creatify refund policy).

Free plan. 10 credits a month, enough for up to two short video ads, with a watermark (Creatify free plan).

Best for: e-commerce teams that want many avatar variations from product links every month.

3. HeyGen: avatars for longer videos

What it does. HeyGen is an avatar video platform aimed at longer content: videos up to 30 minutes on Creator and Pro and up to 60 minutes on Business, with custom video avatars and 4K export on Pro and above (heygen.com/pricing).

How it charges. Creator is $29 a month ($24 billed yearly) with 600 credits; Pro is $49 a month with 1,000; Business is $149 a month plus $20 per extra seat with 1,500. Credits roll over on Creator and Pro. The free plan allows 3 videos a month, up to 1 minute each, with a watermark (heygen.com/pricing).

Best for: training, explainer and localized spokesperson videos where length matters more than a phone-shot look.

4. Higgsfield: many models on a subscription

What it does. Higgsfield is a multi-model generator with models such as Kling, VEO, Seedance and Hailuo, so it covers the "general video model" route rather than scripted actor ads.

How it charges. Monthly plans at $15, $49 and $129. Plan credits expire at the end of each billing cycle; top-up packs require an active subscription and expire after 90 days (Higgsfield pricing, how credit packs work). We compare it in detail on our Higgsfield alternative page.

Best for: creators who generate a steady volume of clips every month and are happy with a subscription.

5. Viralance: actor ads, product ads and 20+ models on one-time credits

This is our product, so here is what it does and does not do, without adjectives.

AI actor ads. 12 curated AI actors, or your own character from a photo (you confirm you have the right to use the likeness). Pick one of 21 ElevenLabs voices, write up to 60 seconds of script, and get a lip-synced clip. It is billed per second of speech: 2 credits per second on the standard tier and 2.5 on premium, plus the voice and optional burned-in subtitles. A 15-second standard ad is about 30 credits of avatar time, plus 2 for the voice and 3 for subtitles; the studio shows the total before you generate.

Product ads without a presenter. The UGC Ad Studio makes presenter, hands-only, unboxing, demo and before/after formats from a prompt or a product photo. One-click templates such as Product Hero and Unboxing Reveal need only one photo and no prompt. Link to Ad reads a product page and shows a plan and exact cost before generating, and Ad Multiplier builds a hooks × variants × formats test batch at one price.

Models. 20+ video models on every pack, including VEO 3.1 Fast and Lite, Kling 3.0 Standard and Pro, Seedance 2.0 and 2.5, Hailuo 2.3, PixVerse V6 and Wan 3.0. A 5-second Kling 3.0 Standard clip is 8 credits; an 8-second VEO 3.1 Lite clip with native audio is 5.

How it charges. One-time packs from $9 (30 credits) to $299 (1,650 credits), so $0.30 down to $0.18 per credit. Credits never expire, failed generations are refunded in credits automatically, and cash purchases are final. New accounts get 4 free credits after email verification; videos made before a first purchase carry a small watermark. The same credits work in the iOS app, the REST API and the MCP server. See pricing.

What Viralance does not do: it has no 1,000-actor library, no multitrack editor, no actor swap on an existing video, and it no longer posts to TikTok for you (you download and upload).

Best for: small brands and agencies that make ads in bursts, want actor and product ads plus a model catalog on one balance, and do not want a subscription.

Cost of one 15-second talking-actor ad

The same job priced on each tool's published rules (entry plans; your plan may differ):

ToolHow a 15s actor ad is billed
Arcads800 credits (rounded up to one full minute)
Creatify5 credits (one 15-second block)
HeyGenUses plan credits; see HeyGen's pricing page for per-minute rates
ViralanceAbout 30 credits of avatar time + 2 voice + 3 optional subtitles (from $0.18 to $0.30 per credit)

Credit systems are not comparable one-to-one: what matters is the dollar cost per finished ad on the plan or pack you would actually buy, and whether unused credits survive a quiet month.

How to choose

  • You need many different faces every month: Arcads.
  • You turn product links into avatar ads at volume: Creatify.
  • Your videos are long explainers or training content: HeyGen.
  • You want frontier models on a monthly plan: Higgsfield.
  • You make ads in bursts and want actors, product templates and models without a subscription: Viralance.

Whatever you pick, test three hooks on the same product before scaling one; our UGC ads guide walks through a small test.

Frequently Asked Questions

What is the best AI UGC ad generator in 2026? It depends on the job. Arcads has the largest AI actor library, Creatify focuses on URL-to-ad on a subscription, HeyGen is built for longer avatar videos, Higgsfield is a multi-model subscription, and Viralance combines AI actors, product templates and 20+ video models on one-time credits.

Which AI UGC ad tool has no subscription? Viralance sells one-time credit packs from $9 that never expire. Arcads, Creatify, HeyGen and Higgsfield are subscription-based as of September 2026.

How much does a 15-second AI actor ad cost? On Arcads a talking actor costs 800 credits per minute rounded up, so 15 seconds bills as a full minute. On Creatify it is 5 credits per 15-second block. On Viralance it is about 30 credits of avatar time on the standard tier plus voice and optional subtitles, shown before you generate.

Can I make UGC ads without an actor? Yes. Product-to-video tools animate a product photo instead. On Viralance, templates such as Product Hero and Unboxing Reveal need one photo and no prompt, and the UGC Ad Studio has hands-only and faceless formats.

Do I need to label AI-generated ads? Often, yes. TikTok and Meta ask advertisers to label realistic AI-generated content, and endorsement rules still apply to AI presenters: do not present a synthetic actor as a real customer testimonial.
